Stayed here for 2 nights with my family, had a really amazing stay. The room was contemporary and recently renovated in general, with breakfast.

The design and lighting are attractive at Hyatt Regency Creek Heights Residences. Staff, especially Houssam, are exceptional. However, bathroom consumables need improvement. Elevators are slow, impacting convenience. Despite these, my enjoyable stay was enhanced by the...

Everything was perfect, excellent quality staff, magnificent views of the sun set and rise over Dubai. Decent sized room which had climate control, a personal safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was good...  

The staff, especially Ms. Megha, from India were super helpful and solved all our queries. The hotel is elegant, spacious, and affordable. The room was clean and smelled amazing. Great breakfast with delicious options. Centrally located with easy access to tourist attractions.

Clean hotel, best staff & favourable and beautiful location near the metro station. Recently renovated property units with loving view, the bedroom plus a very comfortable bed.

I chose this hotel for attending a seminar because it provides 11 meeting rooms available for events. The spacious rooms were perfect for preparing my presentations and the hotel staff was very accommodating during the seminar.

The one service that I missed for my work was a more efficient and faster room service to attend to my work demands without delays.

The units are exquisite, huge in deferent floors. Very approachable and obliging staff here at the reception desk for the Apartments.
